DEPOSITS

We require a non refundable deposit for all hair services.  ALL deposits will be deducted from your bill total on the day of your appointment. 

Colour services and hair extensions require a 50% deposit.

Your appointment will not be secure without a deposit. Please always ensure that you put your full name as the reference when transferring your deposit if you're doing so via transfer. 

Deposits need to be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment.

Should you need to cancel your hair appointment we do ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee, if a cancellation is made prior to 48 hours before your appointment the deposit will be transferred to your next booking.

If less than 48 hours notice is given for a cancellation you will be charged 50% of the total bill of your appointment that day. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation you will be charged 100% of the total bill of your appointment that day.

Patch tests for a colour service are a legal requirement therefore you are required to book a consultation for any chemical service. Patch testing is for your own safety to make sure that you don't have an allergic reaction. 

Research states you are more likely to develop an allergic reaction after previously testing positive to Covid-19.

It is essential to a have a consultation before your hair extensions fitting.
